[Q] What is The Story of Pink?

Our Motto is "Everyday is a day to wear pink"

[Q] What is Our Inspiration?

My Inspiration came from my AMAZING daughter Zoefia Alexandria and her journey with brain cancer. It was a lengthy 4-year battle for her, and she touched so many along the way as her resilience and will to fight has showed us miracles. Zoefia taught us to 'ALWAYS BELIEVE! 🎗

Unfortunately, Zoefia passed away in December of 2019, but her story will forever be shared to inspire others.

[Q] Why Pink?

Although childhood cancer ribbon is yellow and brain cancer ribbon is gray, we happen to LOVE The color PINK, and PINK is also an international color for the support of cancer. Pink is our MOTTO! 

[Q] Why is Everything Pink?

It's SIMPLE ... Our Motto is "Everyday is a day to wear pink" We take pride in what we Love and believe in, not saying we won’t carry any other color. However, pink will always be placed somewhere on the garment be it buttons, the stitches etc.  

[Q] Why we have different Fashion Illustrations?

We happen to LOVE fashion illustrations and have decided to make it an intricate part of our visual branding.  The illustrations all represent a variation of women all having one thing in common “The Story of PINK” 

[Q] Do we give back?

 Yes, we believe in Giving back, and primarily to organizations that help families with seriously ill Children battling brain cancer! Please see information on How we Give Back.

[Q] What if the Price(s) change after you make a purchase?

Prices/Sales/Promotions for our product are subject to change without notice, we do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items. If the item is no longer on sale, we are not able to match any previous prices. For more details, please review our Terms of Use.

[Q] What if the color is not exact as the item you received?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. For more details, please review our Terms of Use.

[Q] Do you have a Sizing Chart?

Yes, all measurements are approximate, for more details, please review our Sizing/Garment Care.  

[Q] How to care for/wash your Item received?

Each item does come with care/washing instructions, due to the delicate nature of certain fabrics please handle with care to avoid snags or tears by fingernails and sharp objects.   The Story of Pink is not responsible for improper washing/handling of garment(s). [Q] What if you receive a damaged item?  

We understand that accident happens with the mail carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage for a possible replacement. Please provide all photos of the damage if there are no photos the item will "NOT" be eligible for replacement. If an item is deemed damaged and a replacement is granted to the customer, the replacement will be for the exact item/size of the original purchase. If the item is no longer available, the customer will be issued a store credit. If the customer wants a different item and the value is higher the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price. Shipping Policy.

[Q] Are the Signature Wooden Hangers for sale?

Currently, we are not selling the hangers, it's for Boutique/Shop use only. 

[Q] What types of fabrics do we use?
